Sale items are eligible for return or exchange. Items priced 50% off or more will be marked as FINAL SALE.
Purchases must be returned in original condition, unused and with the original tags and packaging.

In-store purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
Online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the date you received the order for a full refund excluding shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are not covered by te koop.

Simply mail back your order to us rewrapped in shipping safe packaging with the packing slip and a note indicating whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
The shipping carrier you use to return the order (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc.) is up to you, but we strongly suggest choosing a method that provides tracking.

Taxes will be refunded for returned merchandise; shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Once we receive your return order, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email that your purchase was refunded.
Please have the packing slip or order number upon arrival.

te koop will not be held responsible for any issues that may have been caused due to incomplete or incorrect shipping address.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately, including any apartment, unit, or buzzer number. If the package is undeliverable due to the incomplete shipping address, it is the responsibility of the party that entered the incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If the package is returned to us, an option to re-send the package again will be available, if the responsible party agrees to pay $10 for the additional shipping costs.
All unclaimed or undeliverable packages that are returned to us will be subject to a $10 restocking fee that will be deducted during the refund process.

At Te Koop, we’re committed to ensuring that you receive the best value on your purchases. If an item you purchased is marked down within 14 days of your original purchase date, we’re happy to offer a one-time price adjustment.
To request a price adjustment, please contact us within the 14-day window with your order details and receipt. The difference will be refunded to your original payment method once approved.
