Orders within Canada are shipped via Chit chit while Canada Post is on strike.

Orders to United States are shipped via USPS.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Te Koop is not held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

All orders are shipped from our store location in Toronto.

Orders placed after 11AM EDT will ship the next business day.

Express shipping is generally 2-4 business days.

te koop will not be held responsible for any issues that may have been caused due to incomplete or incorrect shipping address.


Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately, including any apartment, unit, or buzzer number. If the package is undeliverable due to the incomplete shipping address, it is the responsibility of the party that entered the incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If the package is returned to us, an option to re-send the package again will be available, if the responsible party agrees to pay $10 for the additional shipping costs.

All unclaimed or undeliverable packages that are returned to us will be subject to a $10 restocking fee that will be deducted during the refund process.
